因為太耐未食過泰國菜,所以今晚就打算去一去九龍城啦。不過因為男友太夜收工關係所以就去左銅鑼灣附近嘅呢間SIAM 28。餐廳無論環境同氣氛都相當唔錯,仲會播住泰文歌比食客邊食邊聽。因為太肚餓,即使係2個人都叫左4碟,一於食餐飽。椰青 – 去食泰菜又點可以唔叫個椰青呢,夠哂大個份量多。青檸梳打 – 酸甜開胃魚露生蝦 (8隻)生蝦刺身基乎係每次食泰菜必點嘅前菜。賣相唔錯,生蝦都幾新鮮,蝦肉咬落爽口,每隻蝦肉上面都有紅椒同蒜片,出面仲有苦瓜,再配埋店員推介嘅辣醬一齊食個效果好出。冬蔭公冬蔭公黎講唔算太辣,好適合我呢D唔食得辣嘅人。湯入面仲有2隻熟蝦架!個湯唔算太算太鹹,飲落刺激到喉嚨又醒晨。炸軟殼蟹配紅咖哩蟹肉汁呢個炸軟殼蟹賣相真係滿分,軟殼蟹逐隻疊上去幾好睇。另外紅咖哩蟹肉汁比較稠身,唔會咁易令軟殼蟹變淋而影響口感。將蟹肉藏係汁入面再配上鬆脆嘅炸軟殼蟹,真係啖啖都有蟹肉味。蝦膏炒什菜最後叫左碟菜唔洗剩係食肉,入面嘅蘑菇最為入味,完全吸收到蝦膏味。餐廳位於28樓,非常之高,揀窗邊座位可以飽覽巴銅鑼灣嘅街景架!
