To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次幫襯呢間小店，感覺頗滿意。雖然只是小店一間，店員不多，但招呼服務很好👏🏻👏🏻講番食物，午餐點了一客椒鹽排骨菜飯，送餐時飯餸分明，再加一個小托盤，感覺已經好唔同，店東在細節絶不馬虎。排骨炸得好香脆，再加上炸蒜粒和蔥花，十分惹味。菜飯亦做得不錯，只是感覺飯份量不夠，可能本身係飯筒關係罷😅
