大少生日,而佢又鍾意食呢間餐廳,所以一收工就出去拎飛等位。七點拎飛,一等就等到七點四十分,諗住平日星期三唔使咁耐,點知都真係要等咁耐,而且條人心龍只有繼續長無短。我就第一次去食,一坐低就見到d餐具,好可愛,尤其係筷子托,整套餐具好有餐廳特色!小籠包先上,其實都清楚見到D湯係入面,皮都算簿,小心夾起一啖放落口,肉嫩鮮甜,唯獨就係蒸得唔夠熱,唔知關唔關天氣事呢﹖終於到今晚主角(當時大少先係真正既主角啦!),呢間餐廳係sell鴨,呢個片皮鴨無得唔試,皮簿唔黏手,都易入口,加一片皮一片鴨肉,加埋醬、蔥同青瓜,口感頓時增加,不過如果皮可以再脆少少就好,而且覺得人太多,根本廚房蒸唔切,枱枱都order,所以上枱時皮就唔夠熱,加上天氣凍,就更加快凍。不過味道係OK既,有機會都會再去一試!
