To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

什錦牛肉（牛排骨、牛肋肉、M6和牛肩胛肉、牛脷）🫧只有M6和牛咬落有少許牛味，其他肉都係無乜味，食到懷疑自己失去味覺。五花腩🫧份量有三大舊，肉同脂肪分布比例平均，好吸引，食落味道少許失望，偏淡。泡菜煎餅🫧呢個餅皮十分滿分比夠十分厚皮😆，賣相幾吸引，咬落煙煙韌韌，hm..唔太食得出泡菜味道，有待改善。包refill 爐邊蛋、小菜（泡菜、海帶、豆芽）、生菜🥬🫧爐邊蛋味道偏淡，零蛋香味。🫧其他小菜不過不失。店舖內唔算大，但位置都尚算坐得舒服😌。
