To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過睇到呢間餐廳個名同佢地裝潢 仲以為佢係食中菜 點知仔細原來睇原來係一間西餐廳入面係類似酒吧既格局 播住音樂 燈光柔和 環境唔錯黑松露野菌雜菜意大利飯黑松露味非常香 亦有濃濃既芝士味 再配上香草 係一個水準唔錯既燴飯煙三文魚忌廉香草墨汁意粉煙三文魚味道一流 佢唔似完全生既三文魚個種感覺 亦都唔係熟三文魚個種已經變到一舊舊肉既感覺 第一次食煙三文魚 口感非常特別 亦保留左三文魚既鮮味 不過蒜蓉就略嫌多左少少焗芝士吞拿魚蘑菇吐司芝士味好濃烈 味道鹹鹹酸酸好開胃 不過有少少蓋過左吞拿魚既味道紫薯草莓鬆餅呢個係今日既重頭戲首先係中間舊抹茶雪糕好好食 鬆餅入面有紫薯餅底 唔會好甜 而士多啤梨質素都好好 粒粒都係甜既 呢個甜品一流 亦好少係其他地方見到呢個款式 極力推薦
