出開來旺角做嘢,梗係食埋飯先至返屋企。係呢幢大廈有好多食肆,晚上基本上都要排隊先至上到樓,一出電梯見到我中間個吊燈,睇落好似好高級同埋好有格調。兩人晚餐有一款小食、兩個主菜、甜品同埋飲品,$400樓下,價錢唔算貴。佢哋嘅小食款式都幾多元化,有西式、港式到日式都有,真係好佩服呢啲廚師嘅手藝。小食點左我最鍾意嘅日式吉列炸蠔,炸得有水準。黑松露軟殼蟹意粉係冇㗎炸粉,原隻軟殼蟹炸完後上碟,更加食到蟹嘅原汁原味,黑松露唔算好濃但都足夠,意粉嘅汁好 creamy,份量好大。德國鹹豬手配薯角係呢度嘅受歡迎嘅菜之一,薯角好甜亦都炸得好脆,鹹豬手好淋好野味,加咗少少糖喺面,增加味覺層次,起了豬骨食嘅時候更加方便。佢哋嘅飲品選擇亦都超過幾十款,樣樣都好似好吸引,唔知點樣揀,最後叫咗一個薄荷朱古力同焦糖拿鐵,兩杯造型睇落都相似,兩款飲品都有水準。呢度最好嘅地方都算坐得闊落,有副大玻璃感覺開楊,坐低食飯慢慢吹水真係唔錯。
