放工去左銅鑼灣行街,同朋友黎試下呢間 辦館LOF10 Bar Dining,呢間餐廳所有裝飾都好有風格,場內有古代燈籠裝飾,入到去坐低,燈光和bar枱又有現代酒吧既feel,都估到應該食fusion菜。先講炸雞,份量雖然不算多,但食落脆口而又不會厚粉,旁邊有蜜糖作為炸雞件既醬,蜜糖並不是用上一般燒烤蜜糖,而係用上真既蜜糖,蜜糖帶清幽花香既味道,再配上炸雞,真的是幾近完美既配搭。跟著到parmesan cheese松露薯條。今次友人話好中意食黑松露,咁就試下啦。見到芝士粉和松露平均曬在薯條上,每一條薯條入口都會有濃厚芝士和松露香味而又不會咸,如果有更多黑松露醬就更好。依個蟹肉扁意粉軟硬度煮得剛剛好和汁既味道夠濃,再加埋用上新鮮蟹肉,意粉充斥蟹既鮮味,好夠cream。再黎擔擔麵略嫌麵質稔身,肉碎夠大粒有咬口,如果可以多些花生會更好。呢到店員好細心啊,我地未出聲佢就主動拎碗比我地分!野飲方面叫左杯VARIOUS, 有個酸酸甜甜仲有個木耳係入面好搞笑,感覺好特別但又無木耳既味,令到杯野飲生色唔少! 呢間主打中西合璧既fusion菜,係間幾有格調既地方可以坐低飲下野仲會有埋唔同地方既特色小食,係
