極喜日菜的食友引路走訪這自1972年已在尖沙咀區內營業了50多年的名店, 現更移址到尖東富豪酒店內再次開業👏典雅佈置配以和式木裝修, 有堂座, 廚師發板吧座, 亦有私家房, 可各適其式👏侍者安排座位後奉上熱烘烘香茶, 從菜單上首先品嚐刺身, 來了一客:極上刺身盛9點18切, 九種不同魚生每款兩件, 時令刺身四種有鰹魚, 深水池魚, 薄切鮫鲽, 帶子, 各有不同口感, 味蕾的一次好經驗😋再來一客日本厚燒蛋, 大大件熱騰騰的蛋塊,嫩滑綿軟,蛋香濃郁😋繼而吃爐端燒:網燒美國牛肉,肉滑多汁,牛塊厚度適中,有咬感之餘亦有質感,不用沾上燒汁亦已足味😋鹽燒鲭魚,厚厚一塊,尺碼足度,皮烤得脆爽,肉質仍保持绵滑而有嚼勁,熱度亦足😋再來精緻茶碗蒸蛋,温度到位,蛋質軟滑,配搭材料足😋结尾來了主食,豚肉蕎麥麵,份量足二人用,無預期會咁大量,湯底清甜,肉片爽口,雖已有飽意亦食清😋有歷史和風食店的享受👏👏
