To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日喺九龍深水埗白田商場嘅「百份百」餐廳,試咗下佢哋嘅料理。餐廳外觀簡簡單單,冇乜花巧,就咁靜靜雞咁等住食客入嚟。今次叫咗蕃茄豬扒飯仲有新鮮冷壓檸檬茶。先講蕃茄豬扒飯啦,豬扒煎得啱啱好,外皮金黃酥脆,咬落去「喀滋」一聲,而入面嘅肉質仲保持嫩滑多汁,火候掌握得相當專業。蕃茄醬嘅酸甜度調配得好出色,唔會太酸亦唔會太甜,同豬扒嘅味道完美融合,仲將飯都浸得好有味道。同我喺意大利食過嘅蕃茄料理相比,呢個蕃茄豬扒飯多咗份港式嘅親民同實在,意大利嘅蕃茄料理更注重原汁原味同食材嘅新鮮度,而呢個就更啱香港人嘅口味。其實呢,每次食到蕃茄豬扒飯呢類港式美食,都會有種好窩心嘅感覺。細個嗰陣,放學最期待就係去茶餐廳食個蕃茄豬扒飯,酸酸甜甜嘅味道,就好似將一日嘅疲勞都沖走咗。而家食起嚟,雖然環境唔同咗,但嗰
