To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

麵包條好香香草味，麵包烘得夠脆火炙半熟三文魚伴紫蘇莎莎三文魚四邊輕輕火炙過，充滿油香，上面個醬汁好開胃。香辣蕃茄汁花甲天使麵天使麵好掛汁，啖啖都有蕃茄香，而且唔會太辣，怕辣既朋友都食到。澳洲羊架羊架總共三大塊加一小塊，兩面都煎得好香，羊肉味一啲都唔蘇，而且所有伴菜都用牛油煎香，欣賞佢個薯仔個樣好似帆立貝咁，擺盤好有心思。熱水果茶水果茶以玻璃水壺裝住，入面加左啲水果，餐廳好貼心用蠟燭熱住，飲到後面都仲係暖暖地。精選芝士蛋糕最後以巴斯克芝士蛋糕作結尾，蛋糕好軟滑。
