今日出咗西環食晚餐 途經一間酒樓就入去試一試 呢度都有幾多特價嘅套餐同小菜 但係我哋就隨心揀咗啲自己想試/鍾意食嘅嘢15年陳皮話梅骨 呢個上枱嘅時候同我哋幻想中嘅有啲唔同 本身以為係走咗酒嘅排骨再配上一啲話梅酸酸甜甜嘅醬 類似咕嚕肉嘅做法 但上枱發現原來係比較懷舊嘅煮法 真係直接用話梅汁煮肉 而個肉食落似係梅菜扣肉嗰種 至於個汁就真係食得出陳皮同話梅味金絲脆蝦球 叫嗰陣其實都估唔到佢係咩味 只知道佢應該係香口嘅蝦球 黎原來係南乳脆漿嘅蝦球 南乳雞翼就食得多 但係呢個煮法嘅蝦球就真係第一次食 都幾香口豉椒炒蟶子 呢個而家做緊特價$29.8一隻 個汁好啱用黎送白飯 所以我哋完全冇放過青椒洋蔥呢啲配料 同樣通通清碟 而主角蟶子好新鮮 所以都彈牙同鮮甜 最後我哋叫咗個食神皇帝炒飯 炒飯粒粒分明 而且炒得夠曬鑊氣 裏面有依然爽彈嘅蝦仁同埋帶子粒 而擺盤亦相當有誠意
