To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天在炮台山工作,收工已是晚上八時多,於是到附近國都廣場內的彩福喜宴吃晚飯。彩福集團旗下分店遍布全港九新界,這間我還是第一次到訪。距離炮台上地鐵站只有數分鐘路程,酒樓入口設於商場三樓,客人在接待處確認安排座位後便可從樓梯上一層或從入口處旁乘搭電梯。大堂十分寬敞,枱與枱之間非常闊落,我們被安排坐在旁邊的四人枱,坐下來感覺舒適,不會與鄰座相近。環顧四周,原來大堂也劃分了不同區域,另一邊還有一個內廳。因樓底也高,故感覺開揚。這邊廂有魚蝦蟹水池,有專人負責,目測水池十分清潔,海鮮非常吸引。小菜款式不少,我們一行二人要了兩款小菜後,並要了一些海鮮。,松子沙汁蜜桃青瓜蝦球這樣道菜式十分醒胃,蝦球炸得微脆彈牙,混和沙拉醬及灑上松子點綴,配以清新口味的青瓜和蜜桃,值得一讚。南非十頭活鮑魚(果皮蒸)2隻眼見南非十頭活鮑魚才只是$38/隻,我們選擇了以果皮蒸的做法。鮑魚十分新鮮,彈牙有嚼口,連同果皮一起吃,又多添一份甘香味道。蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝(2隻)大大隻的元貝以蒜蓉舖面清蒸,粉絲吸收了海鮮味道,跟元貝一起吃非常入味。荷塘蔥菜南瓜蒸斑球廚師把厚切的班肉放在南瓜片上,下面鋪着一大片荷葉,再把薑蔥放上一起清蒸
