To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

石蔭呢邊其實都好多餐廳，由其係茶餐廳，講到最旺就係呢間新金豐，無論幾點行過望入去都好爆場，食飯時間就一定要等位。我地叫外賣多，打電話叫左，半個鐘度過去拎。通常都食蒸魚餐，有一個魚，加一個小菜，兩個飯，兩個湯，兩杯野飲，需則係二人餐，但兩個人食其實勁飽。豉汁蒸黃立倉倉魚大條肥美，蒸到岩岩好熟，肚位好滑好好食。魚香茄子煲份量都唔少，茄子唔會話吸哂油油淋淋咁，個咸魚肉碎醬汁夠咸香惹味。餐湯必揀羅宋湯，呢度羅宋湯真係好正，味道好之餘又多料。
