To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週四下午五時多在附近辦完事，順便到西九龍買埋晚餐返屋企。買咗：1/ 鮮蝦炒金邊粉（$48）2/ 冬蔭脆腩跟飯（$58）3/ 泰式奶茶（$10）1/ 鮮蝦炒金邊粉蝦新鮮，肉質不會梅。金邊粉調味好好。2/ 冬蔭脆腩跟飯本身已想試吓冬蔭共，見到有得配埋餸同飯（可選配金邊粉），就叫左。脆腩即係平時食既燒肉，落單後有聽到廚房有炸返啲脆腩，食落都有7、8舊，粉量唔少。個冬蔭共不得了。夠酸夠辣，味道非常貼近係泰國飲既冬蔭共。食到有好多香料。可以話係香港飲過最好飲既冬蔭共。3/ 泰式奶茶相對以上兩個食品就較為一般。跟餐仲送咗碗冬瓜湯，正常。

蝦新鮮，肉質不會梅。金邊粉調味好好。

2/ 冬蔭脆腩跟飯
