feb 17, 11, 8人嚟dinner,叫咗 : 1) 特式凍馬友飯 (hk$198)-有大約3款魚-第1次食到馬友魚飯,伙計都推介呢個...........呢個喺3款魚中最貴的-魚肉不算好厚身,軟滑,不乾,重點是要蘸上濃烈鹹鮮嘅豆醬汁同食,真喺別有1番味道,比起淨食差很遠 2) 滷水鵝肝 (hk$88)-算是很幼滑,不過肝味不重3) 滷水鵝腸 (hk$78)-都有脂肪,因唔算多,但如果1d都無,就會無咗種甘香味-滷水汁喺鵝腸味道的來源4) 滷水豬耳 (hk$48)-sorry張相有點out focus-有咬口,但也不硬的5) 滷水鵝片 (例半hk$120)-鵝片異常的嫩滑,真喺暫時食過嘅鵝片嚟講,最嫩滑的-滷水汁都有香料味,但入味度就輕微欠些少-友人覺得阿x小食嘅鵝片好味d,但我因為呢度嘅肉質嫩滑d,所以鍾意呢度6) 方魚炒芥蘭 (例半hk$97.5)-菜青綠脆口,也好夠味7) 潮式蠔仔烙 (例半hk$87)-詢眾要求下,叫了個蠔仔烙-又是熱辣辣的,又外脆,蠔仔也有點鮮味-合格有餘的8) 潮州炒魚麵 (hk$68)-出奇的彈同有咬口,完全唔似魚麵,難怪友人都要問我呢個喺咩嚟-所以

-所以質感上可以軟番些少就好好多了

-聞說這裡的反沙芋做得比龍x廚坊好,所以要慕名1試
-初時伙計話未必做到比我,估計喺多客嘅原因
-幸好去到尾升時再問多次,好彩客量已從容好多了
-它的芋頭質素的確好,因好粉腍,但外砂糖層唔算厚

* 幾天後,我又去咗食潮州嘢,相比下,原來呢度整體味道同價$$$$都好
