去土瓜灣搵朋友吃飯,他介紹我吃有水準嘅拉麵,這裡地方不是很大,但食客滿滿剛走一枱轉頭又有人客來。拉麵名稱很特別有綠虎、鳴虎、黑鳴虎同鳴海老,即係香蔥油湯底、魚乾豬骨湯底、黑蒜油同蝦加櫻花蝦粉豬骨湯底。我們點了鳴海老同鳴虎鳴海老 —— 用蝦+櫻花蝦粉 + 豬骨湯煮製的,湯底非常濃郁,喝一口首先是蝦的鮮味再而是櫻花蝦慢慢滲出,到拉麵就是最顯師傅功架,軟硬適中的拉麵掛滿湯汁,真的不用多講行動張成碗麵吃光。鳴虎 —— 日本魚乾 + 豬骨湯,這款豬骨味濃而厚實,吃得出是真材實料,加上京蔥刺激味蕾令口感豐富,豚肉肥瘦均勻在表面輕輕燒過加埋糖心蛋真滿足。肉餃子 —— 皮薄餡料足,煎得香脆又鎖到肉汁。
