今天放假約了朋友去逛花墟,又想食下特別的西餐,想起朋友介绍一間新開唔錯的特色餐廳在太子附近,於是去試下。餐廳原來有幾款set lunch,我們點了黑松露雜菌炆伊麵同鮑魚仔蟹肉燴飯套餐及炸豬手。先來餐湯是南瓜忌廉湯,湯好creamy南瓜味濃,是我至愛。黑松露雜菌蚊伊面分量多,以鮮雜菌配合黑松露是一絶。鮑魚仔蟹肉燴飯有豐富鮑魚仔及蟹肉口感滿足,賣相似福建炒飯,炸豬手皮脆肉滑點埋蜜糖芥辣醬,野味好味道。最後我們叫咗個咖啡雪糕,以espresso 配雲呢拿雪糕作完美句號。整體上這間新餐廳質素唔錯,環境食物都很有水準,會再來。
