呢道grilled porkloin 真係要比個讚, 厚身要控制烹調時間就更難. 但佢全塊都可以做到juicy, 口感帶點彈牙, 而全無肉燥味. grill 時間真係恰到好處而且食材幾靚.

平時crab cake 已係一道菜, 但呢度加上Portobella Mushroom 竟成左Halibut 配角, 感覺一碟main course 有兩款主角好抵🤣

portobella 厚肉juicy, 加上crab meat 鋪上cheese 焗還不錯, 略嫌crab meat 香味較薄弱. 兩碟main都有mashed potatoes, 煎得幾香.

一個完美既晚餐點少得甜品
本來想叫apple crumble,點知是日無,於是叫左creme brulee, 都唔錯. 焦糖好脆, 甜度適中, 蛋香頗重, 如果口感再滑一點就更好

另, 幾欣賞interior design 同service.好喜歡闊落而有空間感座位. 而service 會主動refill 水, 收碟前會先問.
但唔知係咪堅尼地太遠離?食物環境服務都唔錯, 但晚市唔算多人, 坐到最後得番我地一枱.

前排去幾間西餐廳/cafe 價錢相約, 但不約而同地枱好細, 每次上茶要執一輪. 座位間距離太近, 被逼成為陌生人聽眾. 相對, 我情願搭遠d 搵間坐得舒服餐廳.
