今晚家人帶了我去了美孚新邨食晚飯,他們選擇了食中菜,同時他們選擇了位於美孚新邨第4期美孚廣場3樓的「東海滬」,都是商場的平台,位置都不會太難找,家人一早訂枱,我們來到餐廳門口,店員都是好熱情地招待我們。當我正看餐牌時,有位經理走過來,服務都真是好親切,熱誠地介紹了餐廳中的大熱招牌菜式,例如有灌湯小籠包、香煎韮菜盒、松子桂花魚等.....聽起來真是好吸引,食物方面主要分為有湯、海鮮、肉類、點心、麵、飲品及甜品,與家人商議了一陣,點好菜後,冷盤先端上來........冷盤先來有雕皇醉雞($58 ) ,一份的醉雞份量都不少,當中加入了杞子,可以有明目的功效,醉雞有十分香醇的酒味,酒香撲鼻,酒味滲入雞肉內,讓雞肉添上濃厚的酒香,雞肉沒有肥膏,雞皮夠薄肉身較厚, 雞肉的肉質仍然保持嫩滑結實,真是非常有水準。招牌的上海灌湯小籠包(4 隻)( $40)更是必食之選,一籠已經有4 粒,小籠包四粒都大小一樣,摺位都不少,賣相真是誘人,一夾起沒有穿皮,眼看見到的湯水都是飽滿多汁,皮薄灌湯的小籠包湯汁豐盈,內餡的豬肉沒有一點油膩,肉香鮮美,也是必食推介。點心另一款我們點了小揚生煎包(3隻)$35,不過我地點
