韓風效應,韓國料理呢幾年得到更多港人食客的青菜。我雖不是韓劇迷,但對韓食並不抗拒。是日同幾個同事來到海壩街,辦完事見肚餓,經過呢間“韓正屋”,於是入內一試。我們就點左四人套餐,有人蔘雞湯,鐵板燒牛仔骨,石頭傳統雜錦牛肉飯,韓式煎海鮮葱餅,煎泡菜餃,配三款前菜、飲品4杯仲免加一,真係幾抵食,睇下味道如何先!配三色前菜,味道唔錯,另外加左碟泡菜,味道唔太酸,好味!人蔘雞湯,成隻雞,內裡有鲜人參,紅棗,糯米等,啖湯參味濃郁,飲落清甜回甘,糯米吸收晒雞的精華,食落好綿好香,雞仲好有雞味,而且好滑鐵板燒牛仔骨,呢個燒得非常好食,醬香濃郁又唔會搶左牛肉的香味,口感鮮嫩軟滑石頭傳統雜錦牛肉飯,份量都幾多,值得讚嘅係醬汁,有驚喜,加左之後飯菜變得可口好味韓式煎海鮮蔥餅,呢個亦係另一種驚喜,煎得微脆,裡面的海鮮雖然唔多,但口感非常煙韧及好香煎泡菜餃子,大路野冇乜特别!好欣賞呢間餐廳,雖然店面唔大,亦無其他韓燒店般有燒烤,但就勝在D食物好好食,服務員態度亦唔錯,下次會再黎!!

好欣賞呢間餐廳,雖然店面唔大,亦無其他韓燒店般有燒烤,但就勝在D食物好好食,服務員態度亦唔錯,下次會再黎!!
