聖誕新年過後,吃肉太多太滯,想吃得清淡點,於是去吃了大力素食,二人點了三樣餸菜,分別是菠蘿咕嚕肉,麵醬枝竹油麥菜及冬菇紅燒豆腐。菠蘿咕嚕肉味道調較得剛剛好,酸酸甜甜很開胃,不會過份油膩,菠蘿是新鮮菠蘿,甜度適中,與咕嚕肉是最佳配搭麵醬枝竹油麥菜,點菜的時候還擔心麵醬會很鹹,但一吃令人驚喜不已,麵醬鹹度適中,油麥菜和枝竹炒得入味,亦沒有多餘獻汁,還滲出淡淡的麵醬香味冬菇紅燒豆腐,冬菇煮得軟淋入味,豆腐帶有淡淡豆香,菜心底伴著剩餘的獻汁同吃,不用點白飯,剛好清光三碟餸菜,沒有半點浪費
