To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做了會員之後第一次用app拿籌，不用企在門口排隊，超正！星期六徬晚，需要提早大約1小時拿飛，大約5個號碼左右就會電話通知你差不多有位。男朋友熱愛元氣，有時工作忙碌都會去食餐盡慶的，特別會選高速線，電腦落單，5分鐘內就會有食物。這次沒有拍照，只能用文字表達食評：三文魚壽司、煙三文魚壽司🍣魚生新鮮平價而不欺場，有油光。帆立貝壽司帆立貝大舊，食到裡面的條紋，不像一般放題咁「膠」。軟殼蟹手卷這次放了大約5分鐘先食，紫菜立即變軟，非常影響口感，建議各位立即食用。軟殼蟹份量剛好，亦夠酥脆，配上沙律醬可去油膩感。稍有建議，壽司飯有時過於鬆散，只有一個師傅做，好急。欣賞元氣集團式經營，有系統之餘亦不斷進步。以青瓜沙律來說，永遠青瓜切的厚度和大小均一樣，而且亦越來越電子化。
