三聖有好多間酒家,基本上都差唔多,但係今次試咗呢間,舖名有個泰字,果然有新做法。冬蔭公湯煮花甲本身已經鍾意飲冬蔭公,但原來加咗花甲好鮮甜,好一個新食法。青山灣焗龍蝦厚厚芝士焗配花龍,每人半隻剛剛好。本身花龍又比澳龍鮮味,加埋芝士看噴噴又惹味。豉油皇鮑魚豉油皇加埋香䓤鮑魚,香口又入味。豉椒蟶子皇米粉底聖子大大隻但非常爽甜,另外配煎米粉底香趣但唔膩。砵酒焗桶蠔砵酒焗蠔自己屋企比較難整,最好出街食。之前喺流浮山食過用本地蠔,係鮮甜少少但唔夠厚肉,而家用桶豪整就口感好好多。辣羔炒蟹有泰式風味嘅炒蟹,但下次再食落單話辣少少就再好味啲。海鮮湯送咗個海鮮湯,好足料,又濃又甜,湯渣都一大碟。

有泰式風味嘅炒蟹,但下次再食落單話辣少少就再好味啲。

海鮮湯
送咗個海鮮湯,好足料,又濃又甜,湯渣都一大碟。
