To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次都想食尖沙咀分店呢一間牛角,但因為要等太久所以冇食,今日七點半拎飛,最後都要等兩個鐘,九點半先安排入座,10點半係last order。雖然等左好耐,不過見證到waitress細心嘅一面。有個女仔拎住好多嘢,佢會幫佢拎埋入座,我一坐低嘅時候,佢又好細心咁問我需唔需要披肩,因為冷氣都有啲凍,要平衡返鐵板嘅熱力。今次係牛肉、豚肉雞肉入面,就覺得雞肉係最出色嘅,而最好食嘅永遠都係牛角飯!下次如果想食,真係要去其他分店或者在早啲攞定飛!
