今日去了尖沙咀一間9月才開業的中式酒樓,因位於24樓,所以看到維港的景色。一入內,已看到酒樓的一邊全是落地玻璃窗,可望到美麗的海景,又因樓頂高,所以很有空間感,感覺舒服。這裡裝修時尚清雅,座位闊落,不停播著柔和的音樂,與傳統的酒樓很不相同。我們中午以食點心為主,點了-蝦餃皇 蝦餃皮薄,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙。-鮮蝦菜苗餃菜苗餃晶瑩通透,菜苗清新和鮮蝦很夾。鴛鴦蝴蝶酥傳統的蘿蔔絲酥改了蝴蝶型,很吸晴,打卡一流。表面多層的酥皮炸得很鬆脆,內裏蘿蔔絲淋軟,味道一流。石鍋xo醬煎腸粉XO醬很多,掛滿在腸粉上,很惹味,用石鍋盛載腸粉,可保持熱度。金箔芝麻糕很濃郁的芝麻味,放了些金箔點綴,提升了名貴感。

菜苗餃晶瑩通透,菜苗清新和鮮蝦很夾。

鴛鴦蝴蝶酥
傳統的蘿蔔絲酥改了蝴蝶型,很吸晴,打卡一流。表面多層的酥皮炸得很鬆脆,內裏蘿蔔絲淋軟,味道一流。

石鍋xo醬煎腸粉
XO醬很多,掛滿在腸粉上,很惹味,用石鍋盛載腸粉,可保持熱度。

金箔芝麻糕
很濃郁的芝麻味,放了些金箔點綴,提升了名貴感。
