To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次喝花斑是在元朗,那杯黑糖珍奶茶味清香,口感幼滑,入口相當驚艷,一直念念不忘。今天經過沙田,看到也有一家花斑,於是想再嚐嚐當天的味道。沒想到,賣相差了那麼多都算了,味道也完全不一樣。現在這杯沒甚麼茶香味,也沒什麼奶味,珍珠沒甚麼黑糖味,而且偏硬。你說它難喝吧,不至於,但以這個價格來說,不太值。特別是你喝過很好喝的,落差太大,比較難接受。明明是同一個招牌呀,為什麼品質會這麼不穩定、不統一?下次我再試試別的分店吧,哎!
