To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日的早餐, 一樣是選擇在大埔解決了才出發去多勞多不得. 今日一落樓下, 直入商場. 直入大快活...開始要吃連鎖店了, 而且介要係連鎖既快餐店. 說真, 這一個運頭塘/新達小區. 竟然可以容立哂三間快餐店, 可是, 按位置來說, 大快活的位置, 就比其他兩間差好多, 只能做街坊生意而已. 而我, 身為街坊, 為了食, 也join了一班師9同學生哥. 吃早餐.快餐店早餐, 也就是雞扒炒蛋加蘿蔔糕. 這一個炒蛋雞扒蘿蔔糕, 三間店都有同樣的早餐食品供應. 一模一樣, 但應該各有所長. 美心的, 就勝在個汁, 大樂的容後再評. 味道其實大家都差唔多, 大快活的, 就以炒蛋勝出. 滑滑的炒蛋, 帶點牛奶香, 這半熟的炒蛋, 說得上是香滑, 蛋味奶味牛油味濃郁. 雞扒, 質素普通, 沒有煎到乾已經是好好了.....此炒滑蛋餐, 好大機會勝出.
