今日收工搵左間係灣仔嘅日本餐廳食晚餐☺️呢度有omakase食,亦都可以嗌定食,有平有貴,選擇算多😁最有特色係呢個winter on fire嘅omakase😃好有香港人特色,食落應該好有共鳴😆而晚餐定食選擇都算多,價錢都合理餐廳侍應都好有耐性咁介紹啲set👍🏻呢樣幾抵讚😁🥢銀雪魚西京燒跟餐有麵豉湯同一碗飯有兩大塊銀雪魚☺️魚皮好明顯燒到好焦香,食落好脆好香口😄魚身燒得算好滑,而且好容易骨肉分離🤣怕魚骨嘅人都食得👍🏻味道方面,呢度嘅銀雪魚用味增醃左幾日,所以好入味基本上唔洗點沙律醬食都好夠味👍🏻飯係好基本嘅野,但唔係間間餐廳都煮得好呢度就真係用日本珍珠米,食落少少煙韌,口感不錯麵豉湯就算正常水平,唔會過咸,而且都夠熱☺️總括黎講,呢度嘅食物、環境、價錢同服務都唔錯,會再黎食過😁下次會試下omakase☺️

🥢銀雪魚西京燒
跟餐有麵豉湯同一碗飯
有兩大塊銀雪魚☺️魚皮好明顯燒到好焦香,食落好脆好香口😄
魚身燒得算好滑,而且好容易骨肉分離🤣
怕魚骨嘅人都食得👍🏻
味道方面,呢度嘅銀雪魚用味增醃左幾日,所以好入味
基本上唔洗點沙律醬食都好夠味👍🏻
飯係好基本嘅野,但唔係間間餐廳都煮得好
呢度就真係用日本珍珠米,食落少少煙韌,口感不錯
麵豉湯就算正常水平,唔會過咸,而且都夠熱☺️
