一坐低就緊係叫杯啤酒先啦!老公最鍾意飲黑啤,一般嘅都勁苦,超surprise 今次試嘅黑啤係又滑又易入口!仲要勁大杯!鍾意飲啤酒嘅你必試。先黎左個黑毛豬,豬腩仔!佢似好厚肉嘅bacon咁。配埋佢個梨汁!甜甜咸咸咁,超野味!送酒/前菜一流!之後係上避風塘軟殼蟹!賣相10分特別,用籠仔上,好有傳統風味!佢避風塘得黎,又mix左d 新嘅元素係入面,有薯片一齊!成件事更加香口左!佢一d都唔辣,咩人都岩食。唔好以為佢好似出面食開咁得細細一隻軟殼蟹!佢有成2隻仲要大大舊,超底食之後上10安士嘅牛扒,我地叫5成熟,我覺得有dd熟得制。牛味算香濃,即使熟得制都唔會話硬到咬唔到咁!鍾意佢個汁係分開上,唔會影響牛味!如果有埋特色嘅鹽就更好!上餐超有次序!我最鍾意係咁!最後食埋個魚貓耳朵!超飽!魚嘅皮煎到好脆好香,唔鍾意食魚皮嘅我都覺得好好味。最後係必食最有特色嘅whiskey 豆腐花!自己倒埋一齊再等15mins! 店員話whiskey 係餐廳自己浸!真係得左啦!食第一口真係充滿驚喜!熱得黎,又真係估佢唔到,超超超濃酒味!估唔到豆腐花都可以併酒!仲要咁夾!好有特色!底你平日都會full house!
