呢間位於尖沙咀,屬於香港人既拉麵舖我自己bookmark左好耐,前排終於得閒去試啦👍🏻!講明,呢間拉麵店主要賣特色既拉麵🍜,所以一碗拉麵價錢由$85-$200。但佢呢度口味真好特別,例如黑松露慢煮安格斯牛沾麵🤤同柚子炙燒三文魚沾麵。我就叫左個海老帆立貝拉麵🍜,雖然$158,但份量十足。首先,麵都幾大碗,又有4塊叉燒,又蛋又蝦又帶子,非常豐富。湯式係豚骨湯底,但好重蝦味,我估係表面果層蝦油,所以即使湯底無落魚去熬製,都依然好香,提昇左海老同帶子鮮味。可惜兩樣主角都係急凍貨,本身鮮味唔夠,幸好廚師都處理得唔錯,D肉唔覺老唔覺鞋。配菜就相當唔錯,糖心蛋真係非常流心,叉燒每塊都微微煎過,荀食落都無渣。總體上表現都OK la!我另外叫左碟餃子🥟,因為入面無加到椰菜,同埋煎到有點乾同脆口,覺得比其他餐廳整得更吸引!仲要細細隻,岩哂同朋友share!呢間餐廳表現都唔錯啦。餐廳其實就係六兩三隔離!眼見呢排少左人出街,好多餐廳lunch都好冷清!大家去開尖沙咀,就去罰下佢地啦!
