係,我實在太掛住日本,實在太掛住係道頓堀法善寺橫丁裡面一間平價爐端燒店,所以見香港有類似的店,點都要試下。表面睇真係唔會知佢係咩鋪頭,唔知可能真係會誤會係玩具店,其實所有玩具同擺設都係店主收藏品,男仔應該會幾興奮,我就當然比較關心食物質素。佢有一般座席,但食爐端燒當然要坐bar枱位,因為一來所有材料鋪晒係你面前,可以直接指指點點,二來廚師燒完會用木槳遞畀你,所以記得訂位時特別講明。順帶一提,店方好貼心,訂左位的話,座位面前會有張紙仔,上面有你個名,仲有日文寫住多謝你惠顧,好有日本feel。呢排鍾意食枝豆,聽聞呢度的枝豆($38)會浸過醬油燒一燒,咁特別更加要點。雖然只係個殼有陣陣醬油味,但都忍唔住要啜下先咬裡面的豆,燒過又香又暖暖地,一碟分量都唔少,作為前菜好值得點。原來呢度都有味噌燒蟹蓋,個名叫月見蟹味噌甲羅燒($128),月見即係生蛋黃,燒蟹蓋唔係灰色一pat的蟹膏,而係蟹肉、蟹黃同蟹籽居多,加埋蛋黃拌勻一齊燒,味道比較鮮,冇蟹膏咁濃味。食法隨意,就咁食又得,放係多士上面食都得。我好鍾意食牛舌($62),呢度做法同出面有d唔同,係整塊燒好後先切片,所以牛舌芯係有少少偏生,係冇切片串

牛舌($62),呢度做法同出面有d唔同,係整塊燒好後先切片,所以牛舌芯係有少少偏生,係冇切片串燒咁香,但裡面會比較嫩。

雞皮($28)係去串燒店必點的,唔會以為好肥好膩,燒過的雞皮又脆又薄,好似薯片咁,肥油應該燒走晒啦,不過呢度除左夠脆口,調味就略嫌唔多夠,好淡。

食完呢d都唔夠飽,可以叫個
燒飯糰食($35),有明太子、三文魚等口味,我試左後者。飯糰燒到略脆,裡面煙韌,似煲仔飯的焦,裡面的三文魚餡唔算多,唔多調味口味清清地,用黎解酒或者填肚都唔錯。
