魚佬話呢間鴨店新開,去到根本唔似食中式菜,反而似食西餐飲紅酒嘅地方(廚房上全部展示紅酒)門口有店員介紹,話係食fusion填鴨!雖然價錢貴,又無套餐,我們都想試下!當時場內只有我哋一枱客!感覺好冷清(已經係午餐時間,心唸會唔會中伏)裝修好新潮,樓底夠高,感覺好開揚,而且陽光由門口照入來,好悠閒嘅感覺!不過呢間餐廳比人感覺,主題唔突出,招牌又只有英文,又無餐牌放門口!好多人望望下都唔知食乜!一定唔會唸食中國填鴨!枱面餐具有特色,應該係訂做,有個鴨字在碟上!店員介紹飲八寶茶,覺得幾特別!就來一客!八寶茶:用個黑色金屬壺上!店員打開茶壺蓋介紹入面嘅材料,有紅棗、冰糖、雪耳、蓮子等等,所以會甜甜地,飲落清潤,欣賞店員會留意住隨時加水(用個大黃銅色熱水壺)!冬天飲剛好!藜麥萵荀茶樹菇沙律:其實未食過藜麥,萵荀爽脆,茶樹菇爽口,配埋三色椒,但無乜調味,如果要食出真味的確成功,因為藜麥有𡁻口,味道帶微甘幾特別!如果蔬菜多啲比較好!沾少少藜麥可以增加口感,但無其他調味平衡!藜麥又多,剩底晒好浪費,淨食又好似𡁻泥沙咁!北京填鴨香芒米紙卷:好像越南米紙卷,一碟三件,濃味鴨肉配芒果青瓜,芒果香甜,青瓜清新爽

北京填鴨香芒米紙卷:好像越南米紙卷,一碟三件,濃味鴨肉配芒果青瓜,芒果香甜,青瓜清新爽脆,面頭有塊九層塔葉,點埋酸酸醋汁!更加開胃!

鹽酥鴨:用鐵板淺盤上,一枝枝樹直,賣相好靚,食落外脆內軟,平時鴨肉容易嚡,呢個好嫩滑,外皮椒鹽好香口惹味,脆皮好香口,肥髀刨到乾乾淨淨!

八寶鴨卷配白飯:呢個係店員介紹嘅主菜,以鴨髀肉拆骨包住八寶料,分開三份,我食尾端,食落鴨肉比較柴皮,中間八寶碎唔太多!切得太碎!分唔開八寶味,都係汁料嘅味道!汁料香濃但唔多,都唔夠撈一碗飯!,仲要加錢配碗白飯!白飯係珍珠米,但比較硬,唔多襯個汁,如果絲苗米會好啲!

陳皮焦糖燉蛋:店員推介,比想像中大盤!初上時個盤好熱,焦糖即燒,中間燉蛋嫩滑,唔會過甜,陳皮絲好甘香,帶出燉蛋香甜!好味!

食物好味但較貴,兩大一小午餐要6百幾蚊!只係5樣食物!只叫了個茶,都無叫酒類!一啲都唔相宜!週末都可能仲有遊客,我唸佢要閒日都要攪下套餐先得!

店員好勤快兼親切,有服務但唔壓迫,上菜收碟都有禮!

食物有心有特色,服務殷勤,裝修亮麗,仲有free wi-fi!但呢個位其實無景觀(唔似美利樓)有幾多客會過來赤柱食一餐貴價特色鴨?廁所要出去廣場嘅廁所!落雨會淋到雨!門口有戶外位,但比客人食煙(提供煙灰缸)但啲煙會飄入店內,我就唔食煙,所以唔鍾意!如果只做遊客,好擔心佢捱到幾耐!
