To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. -仲有佢粒牛丸,好juicy!
-紫菜響鈴,有啲失色,中間太實,浸咗好耐都唔係好得!
- 蟹柳,都值得一試.
- 牛肉,唔記得咗我哋食嗰個係乜嘢牛, (我哋食嗰個係最鬼版本。)真係好難呀,鮮味。
- 唔記得咗講:沙嗲湯鍋入邊有牛腱,好大件! 如果你鍾意食牛肉,呢一間火鍋店,應該滿足到你!
- 黑毛豬, 還好!

本來想嗌蝦食,不過年紀大啦,食唔到咁多!而且要額外收費費🤫🤫🤫

會唔會考慮加羊肉呢?見唔到有羊肉!

飲品: 除咗出邊自助飲品(汽水,道地解茶)仲有一啲免費特色飲品,雜果賓治,颶風梳打之類咁嘅嘢, 都有幾款同酒有關嘅免費飲品,例如,威士忌可樂. 叫做俾你淺嘗一下😄

食完之後有甜品送,老實講,甜品好遜色,無味. 建議作出條整!

總括嚟講,係一間有特色嘅餐廳,食物質素唔會令你失望!
