To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前一直有諗呢個尼泊爾餃子到底跟普通中式餃子有什麼分別？身為西區街坊嘅我今日終於走去試試。雖然舖頭有點細細但很有尼泊爾風格，應該是家庭式經營。尼泊爾姐姐負責幫我落單同蒸熱餃子。我點了個招牌雞肉蒸餃加辣蕃茄醬8隻。餃子很爆汁，隻隻都好大，要用啲指力先夾得起。餃入面有洋蔥碎，很鮮味，多汁。個醬辣得嚟好惹味，真係令到成個餃子變得好南亞風味，好特別。期間我見到老細？買咗啲食材返嚟，見到尼泊爾姐姐親身預備餃子。食客個個都好有禮貌，食完之後都會將個盤放番去櫃枱。我會繼續幫趁！支持小店！
