To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

此店是我最近發現的，漸漸成為飯堂，一星期總會去一兩次~老友粉是他們的招牌茶，湯底蠻特別的~湯頭以蒜頭、豆豉爆香，加入上湯還有番茄~ (<--open kitchen睇到既)超級濃重口味，合我河車先聞一下，蒜頭豆豉香味超吸引；喝一口，惹味、酸辣，之後有蔬菜清甜，可能加左番茄既效果河粉爽滑，比起米線更加配合個湯呢款湯麵，已經有幾塊肉片，河粉份量頗多，另外加芽菜，又飽又好味另外，涼拌木耳都唔錯，酸酸地、爽爽地，幾開胃
