To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我麻辣貓姐不能缺辣，真係好大癮！亦係經濟實惠譚仔嘅常客！我個人不好三哥，覺得佢嘅炸醬唔夠普通譚仔好食，麻辣雞翼味道又唔夠濃。今日就為我大愛嘅譚仔寫一遍食評吧！有種食法，叫少米多餸！今晚2個女仔叫一碗不需加底嘅米缐，再加個炸醬同兩個餸，已經飽曬，甘樣叫法同你叫2碗米缐再加餸嘅價錢差唔多！埋單2人都係$9x,既然2個粉2個人又食唔曬，不如甘叫仲抵，又可以食多幾款！自問唔細食，但都飽飽，所以2個女仔可以試下甘叫！將米缐分好2少碗，湯好多最後係我飲曬！米缐：麵質一如平時爽滑有咬口，唔太林。湯底：酸辣好開胃，水準每次都甘好炸醬：另上單叫會特別大碗，好食但油好多，我估計有三份一都係油（不過我食到一滴不剩）豬耳：麻辣醬好濃，d汁撈落麪好好食，豬耳好夾脆青瓜：因為青瓜會出水，而且麻辣味會比豬耳淡，但都感覺清新好食暫時黎講，食甘多次，譚仔都可以keep住味道，keep住水準，值得加分！
