To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

至從柴灣元氣抺蓋驚魂後，真係對元氣大失所望，但奈何自己又真係好想食壽司，於是唯有以視死如歸o既心態試o下區內其它元氣壽司店！於是今次就揀o左太古呢間！感覺上，太古元氣鋪面同柴灣差不多，不過一入內可以肯定的是冷氣夠，而且壽司款式還算可以，而且一入口~~最重要係新鮮同甜！與柴灣果o的相差很遠！本來諗住唔會出元氣卷呢o的貴野，要自己點至有！點知話口未完，師傅就放了幾碟即製元氣卷在帶上，而且冇幾耐仲有海膽添！比起柴灣果o的迴轉o左唔知幾多次o既「壽屍」好得多了，而且今次亦到見唔到店員抹蓋呢！不過，聽屋企人講，其實太古元氣也不是太好的...今次o的野食咁掂！好大可能係因為對面吉之島開了間「板前」...所以唯有提高質素救亡吧！
