To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在觀塘,現在開始重建新的屋村同時,我發現了這一間老式上海中餐館,原來她在1975年已經開始營業,在香港來說,這一家餐廳能辦到今天,真的不簡單!打開他的餐牌,更發現她在幾年前已經拿到米芝蓮的推薦,所以抱著更大的期望吃東西。叫了一款砂鍋雲吞雞,不像外面的餐廳都已用上瓷器的鍋子,這一家老餐廳是用上煲仔飯的砂鍋來上這一道菜,原汁原味,更有驚喜的就是在個雲吞,咬下去會發現雲吞裡面有紹興酒的味道,又香又有驚喜呢!
