蒸氣海鮮好似出左好耐,但一路都未食過,所以搵左間唔錯ge蒸氣海鮮去食。呢間「有蒸氣」係尖沙咀諾士佛臺再上少少,店位環境都唔差,坐卡位就比較好,而且店員係會一路服侍你,唔洗你自己蒸架!▲ 熱辣辣好香口,胡椒粉味正呀!▲ 酸酸甜甜,外脆內軟,份量又多,而且啖啖都係肉,好開胃呀!▲ 雖然顏色不太鮮,而且比較細隻,但食落又好清甜wor▲ 有辣有唔辣,食唔到辣ge最唔好叫辣,因為真係勁勁勁勁辣,辣到我食唔到扇貝係咩味...▲ 又名花心蘿蔔,個底個蘿蔔係心型架,好得意。但上面黑松露就好重,我就唔太喜歡lor▲ 呢個賣相真係冇得頂,師傅刀功一流呀。中間就有南刀加竹苼,仲有黑松露,係幾特別ge,不過都係果句啦,黑松露味太重,食唔到豆腐味。▲ 雖然都係細細隻,但肉同汁都唔少,啖啖都咁清甜▲ 好香蝦醬味,肥瘦適中,又蒸得岩岩好,肉質彈牙,忍唔住都食左好多▲ 雞肉煎得好溝,而且好多肉,唔會好似有D店比好多骨你咁。而且配合紅棗杞子,鮮甜味出曬黎,果然我都係食肉獸,無肉不歡,哈哈。▲ 食曬全部蒸野之後,其實都已經好飽,但唔好唔記得仲有個粥底,吸曬所有蒸過食物ge精華,再加上少少蔥花,成個粥都好清,但我略嫌個粥都
