To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早餐經常食茶餐廳嘅我，偶爾都會轉換口味食吓米線，可能夏天天氣炎熱，胃口總是不佳，總想更換一下口味，從而喚醒親愛的味蕾。雙拼櫻花蝦哈哈薄撑餐 $28薄撑其實即是現在叫嘅PIZZA（中式），配以餐肉、煎熟蛋，有杯餐飲，輕食，在炎炎夏日是不錯的選擇若大胃王的你可以加幾元升級，加米線，豐儉由人；薄撑內灑入櫻花蝦來煎，雖然味道不濃，但有口感，切開細塊及細細品嚐，可以體會到櫻花蝦的淡淡味道，伴以奶茶、咖啡或鴛鴦，真是Perfect，再有一塊餐肉，滿足香港人嘅口味及兒時回憶。
