To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次和家人來圓方的酒樓吃飯,結果失望而回!點了6個菜:魚翅:完全吃不到魚翅,倒是像魚肚羹多一點!潮州凍蟹:好小的一隻,職員話有16兩,個人覺得只有10兩,而且一點都不新鮮,發出怪味!!還要563元,貴貴貴!!!!!!潮州脆鴨:一個星期都賣不出的皺皮"肥老鴨",吃下去滿口都是油,早知道在外面吃個燒鵝飯!北菇扒鵝掌:味道一般,份量少蒸魚:不知名的河魚,貪平一試(215元)結果.....................蒜蓉炒菜心:菜心的色澤發黑,好明顯不新鮮!買單盛惠1900元,無生果,無甜品送!!!一定不會再來,有被人明搶的感覺!!!!這樣的價錢........還有這裡恃應可能以為自己是在圓方工作很高尚,態度好差,有看不起人的感覺!在這裡吃飯有貼錢買難受的感覺!!!!來圓方還是購物比較合適!
