過年期間見到威非路道開咗間新餐廳,今日終於有時間來試新嘢,同老婆撐台腳,叫咗3個小菜:陳醋菠蘿咕嚕肉,蝦乾炒唐生菜,鳳尾蝦蒸水蛋,本來呢D就係普通嘢,冇期望,不過老婆點菜冇得say no,唯有張就係,點知咕嚕肉一上台,陳醋香味即時令我食指大動,正!蒸水蛋就更驚喜,用個蛋殼形嘅碗蒸,夠新意,裡面仲有帶子蟹柳,有誠意有新意,成2吋厚嘅蛋蒸出來一D都唔老,廚房有料到,唐生菜就屬正路嘢,期間同老闆吹咗幾句,推薦咗鵝肝多士,賣相唔錯,鵝肝夠大件,唔會覺得淨食多士,值得推介,下次要試埋其他菜,對呢間鋪頭有期望,中意食中菜嘅不防一試。
