To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍凍地就梗係食返個熱鍋,所以我哋叫咗一個安格斯牛肉鍋,入面係配味噌湯同埋唔同材料,除咗菜同冬菇外,仲有魚丸同埋鳴門卷,主角嘅牛肉肉質幾好唔韌,而且有好香嘅牛肉味,埋佢特別準備嘅蒜醬真係好滿足令我覺得驚喜嘅係和風燒餅汁吉列豬扒漢堡包,醬汁嘅味道就係平時食章魚燒嘅醬汁,豬扒真係炸得好脆就算畀個包夾住都係冇淋到,肉味都夠出。配嘅薯條都幾好食,鹹味恰到好處我哋其中一個有跟餐,真係好抵食,跟餐之後有刺身,麵豉湯同埋一杯嘢飲,我就梗係鍾意食三文魚,刺身嘅份量都好足夠,每份有四片
