To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時假日都好鍾意過嚟西環呢邊，感覺好休閒好舒服，有少少旅行嘅感覺🫶🏻呢間餐廳入到去好舒服，裝修有少少似外國，好多食物都加入食用花，感覺好靚。慢煮牛小排漢堡 同平時啲漢堡最大分別就係用上了原塊牛小排🫢脂肪比例少啲，肉味比較重。經慢煮後牛小排變得香軟，側邊有少少筯位所以咬落好香。薯條係手切果一種，所以食嘅時候會見到有啲薯仔皮，好香口。香草欖油蘑菇手打意粉味道比我想像更要好吃😋佢哋嘅意粉係手做，所以非常之彈牙有咬口，油分好少所以意粉好乾身，橄欖油輕輕已經帶出蘑菇嘅鮮香，非常之好食！雜苺意大利奶凍個奶凍好大杯。兩個人先啱啱食得晒😋奶凍非常之香牛奶味道，入面仲有少少餅碎，食完真係好飽好豐富蕃茄牛肉雜菜濃湯蕃茄雜菜湯好好飲，有好多粒粒牛肉，湯飲落去又唔會太酸，入邊配料都唔少
