近期聽佛計聽多咗,覺得多食素無論對環境,心靈同健康都有幫助,比我搵到一間喺黃埔美食坊的素食店。餐廳環境大而寬敞坐得舒服,有個小佛堂可以供奉,環境,食物有點心,小菜,炒粉麵飯選擇多。小籠包素食版本,以菇類做餡料,皮薄餡靚,只差了湯汁,要不然就更完美了。金絲香芋酥外脆內軟,外面一絲一絲所以更加鬆脆的,入面的芋蓉好香濃。羅漢齋炒麵可選少咸少油,感覺比較健康,羅漢齋的材料有菇類,雲耳,小粟米,腐竹,白菜,上枱時熱辣辣,火候夠,味道啱啱好。滷水素鵝片外皮做到脆脆的有如食鵝皮的口感,肉質唔會太硬但有口,仲有雲耳花生托底。亞麻籽燕麥叉燒包包身加了亞麻同籽同燕麥,健康加分,包的質地好軟熟,叉燒餡料分量足感覺唔會肥膩。是日糖水,番薯糖水除咗番薯有薑,做到原汁原味,食得出番薯本身的甜。
