Restaurant: 四哥車仔麵
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚7:30經過餐廳，見到有人排隊，就知道系好嘢，立即入去試吓見到佢有車仔麵、海南雞、胡椒雞、雲吞雞、多數粉麵為主今次要做一個車仔麵，酸辣豬頸肉薯粉撈麵車仔麵- 麻辣湯底好夠麻香，唔係特別辣- 雖然韭菜餃有進步空間，皮唔係太薄，不過食得到家嘅味道-魷魚🦑正常夠爽好夠味酸辣豬頸肉薯粉撈麵-係港式撈麵，唔係內地酸辣嘅味道-有清湯另上，麻辣醬另上，可以自行選擇，調味-好足料，有酸菜、菜譜、雲耳、青瓜 等-一個女仔都未必食得晒兩個粉麵+ 兩個凍飲$96，價錢合理，性價比好高！

- 麻辣湯底好夠麻香，唔係特別辣
- 雖然韭菜餃有進步空間，皮唔係太薄，不過食得到家嘅味道
-魷魚🦑正常夠爽好夠味

-係港式撈麵，唔係內地酸辣嘅味道
-有清湯另上，麻辣醬另上，可以自行選擇，調味
