再次與朋友相約食三木放題。先點上次吃過美味的茶壼蒸。今次加入了黑松露醬,芳香撲鼻,我一口氣吃了兩個。壽司有新款,點了個生熟蟹肉軍艦試。這個秋葵釀蝦肉(在燒物紙)很有創意,也是新款食物,上次沒有的。秋葵烤得脆脆的,沒有鼻涕狀物,乾脆香口又不油膩。刺身拼盤終於端來。用花卉作裝飾,顏色很好看呢。甜蝦依舊大隻,刺身亦切得厚一點,相對上次有進步。今次點較多熱食。釀雞翼、雞軟骨餃子、牛柳粒等都值得點。不過,焦糖布甸今次並沒有火烤焦糖面層,只是液態的焦糖。雖然味道交到功課,但口感就是欠缺了。
