To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我自己幾中意食上海烤麩,軟綿綿好似海綿咁,吸附醬汁好惹味,紅火龍果好清甜,兩個Dinner Set有4小碟前菜都好足夠。

未試過食首蓿芽代替飯既手卷,一款係蘆筍,另一款係香芒牛油果,我食香芒牛油果果款,包左好幾塊紫菜,所以好脆口,首蓿芽本身冇乜味,配搭都幾得意。

西式忌廉湯加比較中式既桃膠都係第一次,鹹度適中,唔會太稠身,加左桃膠有野咬下咁。花菇燉湯幾清甜,同埋好足料。

猴頭菇配印度薄餅再加日本珍珠米,一道菜用三個國家既食物,真係好有心思同諗頭,到底夾唔夾呢?青咖哩對我嚟講唔辣,甜甜地,幾惹味,猴頭菇本身既口感煙煙韌韌咁,又索汁,配咖哩好唔錯,而印度薄餅比較薄身同油膩少少,可以更乾身香口,但點咖哩食都可以。

未食過素既焗千層麵,望外型唔會知係素,以為平時食開既千層麵,芝士足,本身既肉醬由白松露薯蓉同埋藜麥代替左,食落冇平時既咁膩,薯蓉溶溶既口感配有咬口既麵皮,仲有類似豆腐干既野墊低,口感豐富,亦十分飽肚。

加左$25要黑芝麻豆腐千層班㦸,造型可以,入口重黑芝麻味,有啲似黑豆豆漿既味,可惜蛋糕皮造得比較厚,影響口感,未能做到入口即化。而百爵紅茶乳酪蛋糕就幾岩我地口味,百爵同紅茶兩者味道都食得,口感似cheesecake,不錯。

飲品唔包,都要加配,加配項目之中揀左藍碟花雪梨汁,配搭幾特別,飲落都係以雪梨味為主,頗清甜解渴。

餐廳係走既時候已經全場爆滿,亦冇令我同朋友失望,就算係素菜,都可以有唔同變化,將中西甚至係日泰結合一齊,有花心思,如身邊有素食者不妨帶佢嚟試下。
