To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 地方大坐得舒服,同事要一個月前book才有位,我們今次是吃點心放題3小時,時間十分之充足。即叫即蒸,上點心的速度很快,基本上我哋每一樣食物都最少叫了一次,最多人再order的是鵝肝芋絲和蛋撻仔,芋絲內有一小舊鵝肝很好味,蛋撻是酥皮底熱辣辣吃十分之好食,份量是一口一件,所以不會太滯。蝦餃大大粒鮮蝦,很新鮮,咖哩魷魚不太辣很惹味,一口蘿蔔糕煎到脆卜卜,楊枝甘露很足料芒果不太酸,最喜愛吃就是他的芝麻卷,size不太大芝麻味十分之濃郁。
