之前上網睇人介紹,於是七夕黎同老公慶祝Hokkaido Scallops:煎香嘅北海道帶子, 生熟程度剛好,下面鋪住一層西蘭花蓉,味道平衡得好好Salmon Cheese Rolls:三文魚包住青瓜、蘆筍、菠菜、芝士,芝士會令到三文魚更加香甜,雖然用咗好多蔬菜,但唔會搶咗三文魚嘅味道,另外伴上黑醋沙律Beef Cheek:牛面頰嘅醬汁好入味,牛味香濃,整體偏淋,另外有一舊薯卷,幾有驚喜,炸得香脆Grilled Lamb Striploin:呢個部位冇咁多油脂,食落唔會有騷味,燒汁亦都調配得幾好,將羊肉味提升去另一個層次The Pearl:係呢度嘅signature cocktail,首先聞一下杯上嘅香橙果皮,再飲一啖,係多感官嘅享受,酒味比較重Passionate Night:果味好香,入面嘅冰塊溶咗之後又有第二種感覺
